People Performance Programs
Step Up
For new, emerging and future leaders
For people who have recently become leaders, those about to, and those being prepared for it further ahead. Most are promoted because they were excellent at the job, then discover that leading the work is an entirely different skill, particularly when the people they now lead were peers a month ago.
This includes anyone newly responsible for a site, practice, branch or office, where the challenge arrives with the title and there is rarely any preparation for it.
Step Up covers the transition properly across four areas: leading yourself, leading others, leading the customer experience, and leading through change.
Participants work on holding the conversation they have been avoiding, giving feedback that improves things rather than damages them, delegating without either abandoning or hovering, and building the confidence to lead visibly.
Recognised as Best Female Leadership Training Program at the 2025 Corporate Vision Awards.
High Performance
For teams already performing well
For teams who are already good and want to keep raising the bar. Most of the groups in this room perform well, which is precisely why standard material falls flat and why this program does not assume anything is broken.
What these teams need is refinement rather than fundamentals, along with something more practical: how to keep performing when the workload rises, the systems change, the customer is difficult and the resources are thinner than last year.
It suits executive and operations teams, customer service and technical teams, conference audiences, and leaders responsible for several sites at once. District managers, practice managers, branch and office leads face a particular version of this challenge, which is holding a consistent standard across places they cannot personally be.
Influence and Impact Collective
For women building confidence and influence at work
Small-group coaching for women who want to be heard in the rooms where decisions are made. Most participants are highly capable and already well regarded. What holds them back is hesitating before speaking, over-explaining once they do, or waiting so long that the decision has already moved past them.
The Collective runs as a six-part program across ten weeks, alternating between skill workshops and open forum influence labs. The workshops build the frameworks and language. The labs are where participants bring real conversations, meetings and stakeholder situations, refine their language live, and build confidence through repetition.
Maximum ten participants so everyone gets coaching time. Available as an open cohort that individuals can join directly, or as a closed cohort built for a single organisation.

How we deliver
01
Keynote
A one-hour conference session. Kate speaks at conferences, member meetings, dealer and distributor days, national sales gatherings and leadership forums across Australia and internationally. Every keynote is written for the event, so nothing is recycled from the last conference.
02
Workshop
From ninety minutes to two full days, online or in person. Highly interactive, built around your industry and your market, with people building tools during the session that they take back and use.
03
Program series
A sequence of sessions across six to twelve months, building on each other rather than standing alone. Suits organisations that want capability to compound rather than spike, and it is where the strongest results come from.
04
Development initiative
A full-year program of work built from several components, designed together and delivered as one initiative. Typically includes a planning and design phase, program series running to different audiences, a flagship event, and one-to-one coaching for selected participants.
