A 12-week program for senior women across the business of sport who already lead well in their function and are ready to build the judgement, commercial fluency and influence required to lead beyond it. The February 2027 program is now open for registrations, with places strictly limited to fifteen.

The Curriculum
Six dimensions of senior leadership
The progression is deliberate. You begin with what sits closest to your control, your own leadership, and move further out into rooms, relationships, business decisions and organisational systems. The final Lab turns the lens back to the people you lead.

How it works
Designed for application, not consumption
Twelve weeks, six Leadership Labs, individual Intensives with both facilitators, and one deliberately small senior cohort. February to April 2027, delivered online.
Six Leadership Labs
90 minutes every fortnight. One core idea, one practical framework and live application to real work.
Leadership Intensives
Individual sessions, one with Kim and one with Kate, applying the program directly to your own leadership challenge.
Leadership Triads
A fixed peer group of three, deliberately mixed across sports, organisations and functions. You finish with two peers you trust enough to call when something difficult happens at work.
Apply it at work
Leadership Experiments, a pre- and post-program diagnostic and a personal Leadership Workbook turn the learning into practice between sessions.
Your Facilitators
Two facilitators, two disciplines
Most leadership programs are built around one person’s experience, and they inherit that person’s blind spots along with their expertise. The Leadership Game is deliberately not built around one singular leadership philosophy, because senior leadership requires range.
Kim Anderson – The Inner Game
Executive leader, consultant, coach and keynote speaker with 20+ years across sport, major events and creative industries, including FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™, Octagon Australia, TEDxSydney and international leadership roles.
Kate Lalak – The Outer Game
Commercial leader, executive coach and award-winning facilitator with 25+ years across sport, media and live entertainment, including Sydney FC, TEG Live and Foxtel. Founder of The Engine Room, with 1,250+ workshops and keynotes delivered to 750+ organisations.
